Whitney describes herself as someone who wears many hats in her role. She is a branch manager, universal banker and teller. She finds it rewarding to build long-lasting relationships with her customers and staff. Whitney started her career as a teller/universal banker at our Beaver Dam Rechek’s location, and after working in the Fond du Lac and Mayville communities, she returned home to Beaver Dam first working at our Food Pride instore location and then promoted to Branch Manager of our Beaver Dam Main location. Meet Maria Genke
Branch Manager
Maria manages our Appleton branch, along with overseeing the Oshkosh and Fond du Lac branches. She opens and services deposit accounts and develops relationships with personal and business customers. Maria finds it rewarding to make a personal connection with customers to meet their financial needs. She enjoys working with branch managers and their associates to help them grow and develop their skills. You could say Maria was “born and raised” a Horicon Banker. It is the only place she has worked! She started in Horicon Bank’s Beaver Dam Main branch as a high school student in 1999 and then moved to the Fox Valley to attend college. From there she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Oshkosh.

Most of all, Michelle enjoys the simple things, like watching her customers’ businesses and community grow and evolve, knowing that she was able to be a part of their success.
